This two bedroom/1 bath 1920's bungalow was in need of some attention. Over 2 months we took it down to the studs, added a new roof, hardy plank and b&b siding, all new plumbing and ductwork, hardwood floors, lighting, appliances, bathroom, cabinets, windows, doors, closets, deck, fencing, irrigation and landscaping. An 12" pass-though and a wall of upper cabinets on the other side (not pictured) made you feel trapped. We spent a month remodeling and doing the full interior design on this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house into a 5-Star Airbnb "guest favorite". We expanded the lower patio, created a rooftop lounge, gutted and turned the primary bathroom into a luxe spa experience.
